Report: Half of Ohioans one paycheck away from poverty, By Jona Ison, March 11, 2015, Marion Star: “Despite a rosy outlook on employment, poverty in Ohio is the highest since 1960, and about half of Ohioans are one paycheck away from not making ends meet.  In 2012, 1.8 million Ohioans — 16.3 percent of residents — were living in poverty, up about 100,000 people from 2010.
