Franklin County children left out of recovery, By Rita Price, August 8, 2013, Columbus Dispatch: “The economic recovery isn’t reaching enough Franklin County children. More than a quarter of the county’s boys and girls — 26.5 percent — were living in poverty in 2011, according to a report released yesterday by the Children’s Defense Fund-Ohio.
