USDA announces $200M in grants for food stamps, By Christopher Doering, August 25, 2014, Des Moines Register: “The U.S. Department of Agriculture said Monday that it would provide up to $200 million in grants to states to implement programs that help people receiving food stamps find jobs or increase their earnings.
