That’s not new information, but the state agency, which advocates for improvement in the quality of life for Tennessee children, uses numbers and facts to back up a call for the Department of Children’s Services to continue its efforts — and work with other agencies — to form ‘a supportive infrastructure to help vulnerable children develop successfully…'”
